Fundamental English reading and writing for academic purpose; reading comprehension; reading for vocabulary building; identifying main ideas and specific information; reading between the lines; reading for writing; writing skills building: sentence structure, writing mechanics, writing with coherence, summarising and paraphrasing; English proficiency test preparation such as TOEIC, TOEFL, IELTS or other tests
        Upon completion of the course, students will have a wider extension of vocabulary knowledge, reading techniques and foundation of English writing mechanics. Students are able to produce well-structured written texts which extend to essays writing. Above all, students learn to use self-learning techniques to improve themselves outside classroom.
