มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ วิทยาเขตภูเก็ต ตั้งอยู่ในแหล่งท่องเที่ยวระดับโลก และมีหลักสูตรนานาชาติอยู่หลายหลักสูตร มีนักศึกษาและบุคลากรชาวต่างชาติรวมเป็นจำนวนมาก ประกอบกับนโยบายของมหาวิทยาลัยที่ผลักดันให้เป็นวิทยาเขตนานาชาติ ทำให้มีความจำเป็นต้องเร่งการพัฒนาทักษะภาษาอังกฤษของบุคลากรเพื่อการดำเนินงานและประสานงานกับชาวต่างชาติให้เป็นไปอย่างเรียบร้อย จึงควรมีกิจกรรมพัฒนาทักษะภาษาอังกฤษผ่านการฝึกปฏิบัติจริงเพื่อเพิ่มความสามารถและความมั่นใจในการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษให้แก่บุคลากร

Prince of Songkal University Phuket Campus is located in a world-class destination and offers several international programs as well as hosting many international students and staff. In addition, it is the university’s policy to turn Phuket Campus into an international campus. This makes a rapid improvement of staff’s English proficiency imperative so that operation and coordination with international counterparts can be done smoothly. Therefore, there should be an English skill development activity to improve the staff’s capability and confidence in using English.

จุดประสงค์โครงการ Aims

1.  เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะและความมั่นใจในการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษของบุคลากร ผ่านการฝึกปฏิบัติ

To develop the skills and confidence of the staff in using English through practice.

2.  เพื่อทำคู่มือการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษสำหรับงานของบุคลากรสำนักงานอธิการบดีวิทยาเขตภูเก็ต

To produce a guideline for using English in the work of staff in the President’s Office at Prince of Songkla University Phuket Campus
