Speaking conversational English is usually just about knowing the right thing to say in any given situation.And this is made possible by the use of a language.

Language exists for communication. It’s about connecting with people and expressing our thoughts, ideas, and feelings on certain topics or issues.

The lessons in this course are designed to equip students with the necessary skills needed in order for them to be able to function in different settings, such as in a restaurant, cafe, bank, airport, at school, etc, and be able to express themselves in English clearly, accurately, and appropriately.

Moreover, lessons are contextualized to meet the pressing needs for the grammatical structures and vocabularies needed to begin and carry on a conversation on a particular occasion.

For each lesson in this class, students will need to do the following:

1. Watch a video or a PowerPoint presentation or read an article or dialogue,
2. Take down notes of the important details that they will find in the video or PowerPoint presentation,
3. Participate in the online class discussion,
4. Answer worksheets, assignments, make a video or audio presentation as part of the culminating assessments.
5. And submit the completed output on time.
